Tanzania peaberry Ruvuma coffee is of the varietal arusha and bourbon and it is grown at an altitude of 6000 feet by Tanzanian farmers. During its production and cultivation, Tanzania peaberry Ruvuma is handpicked by the cultivators with either sun-drying or patio drying method used for the drying process.
It has a characteristic sharp citrus undertone and sweet finish with balanced, sweet and acidic features. The flavor of Tanzania peaberry Ruvuma coffee usually looks like tangerine, black tea and peach with various changes according to its roasting. The roasting can be city roast, full city roast, full city+ roast or darker roast.
